The Outdoor Expo show day brings in thousands of visitors to the D & N Event Center. People from over 40 counties come to North Platte to see the show and have said that this show is one of the best. They feel they have the time to visit each booth without being pushed to the next as the crowd moves by. It is a relaxed mood, and everyone can move at their own pace throughout the show.
A kitchen full of food makes it easy for anyone to stay all day if they should choose. Demonstrations of cooking, photography, dog training are held throughout the day so you can learn a few new things. Prize drawings are made on donated items like guns, fishing poles, and other neat items. All this for a four dollar admission.
